I have to scratch my head on this one. It wasn’t exactly like the DC DMV was the poster child of efficiency before someone came up with this great idea. But hey! At least you can get a personalized tag once the results are in. NEGATIVE….or should I say, NEGTIV?
With all this talk about Albert Haynesworth (maybe it’s just a DC thing)…I couldn’t resist this opportunity. Fat Albert was as much a part of my life as Sesame Street and the Electric Company growing up. At one point, my dad even had a motorcycle named Fat Albert…although that could have had absolutely nothing to do with the cartoon. Nevertheless, enjoy!
